Terms of Service

Use of my art for NFTs or AI is strictly prohibited.

All commissions are for personal, non-commercial purposes. You can use my artwork on social media platforms, however, you are not allowed to resell it or sell merchandise with this art. If you want to use commissioned artwork commercially please contact me so you can purchase full rights.

As the artist, I retain full rights to all artwork. The artwork provided cannot be altered, or heavily referenced without my approval.

I can use the art for social media purposes, but you can request to delay posting until a later date.

Commissions are not first come first serve. Delivery will take anywhere between 1 week to 2 months depending on my personal availability.

I reserve the right to reject or cancel a commission. Full refunds will be issued.

Credit isn't necessary but it's highly appreciated.

Once your commission is accepted, payment will be done through Paypal.

Commissions will be started once payment is received.

Additional fees based on complexity and edits requested may increase the price. You will be informed if this is the case.

If you wish to cancel your commission please contact me directly and I will issue a refund. Refunds are only applicable if I haven't started working on your commission.
